Product Description - Our monthly service agreements works similarly to an insurance policy. You pay an affordable monthly premium and get coverage when a disaster occurs. Protecting you from high labor costs associated with unexpected system failures. As a business, you need your system up and running at all times and don't need the high costs associated with a major system failure. Our monthly service agreements operate on an "Hour Block" basis which is a prepaid amount of labor hours per month at a greatly reduced price.
"Hour Block" Service Agreement
The amount of hours in the "Hour Block" will depend on the amount of computer equipment the client owns.
The "Hour Block" can be purchased under four different service packages. (Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Non-Commercial.)
The "Hour Block" service coverage will depend on the package purchased.
The "Hour Block" will be billed actual clock time for services requested. Some of our services have set labor times. Time billed to the "Hour Block" for these services will not exceed the set labor time.
Client pays for the "Hour Block" through affordable monthly payments.
Once the "Hour Block" is exhausted, the client will be billed for labor at their discounted hourly rate. Any additional parts and labor charges will be added to the client's monthly statement.

40 - 6 0% off the normal casual labor rate.
Discounted hourly rates if your "Hour Block" is exhausted.

Higher service priority and response times than casual clients.
No travel charges for clients located in the Hilo and vicinity area.
